Accounts Assistant, Administrator
£30,000 pro rata
3-4 days per week. 9am - 5pm
Office based role. Parking available onsite.
Joining a small yet established Property Management Company in London Colney, Herts. This role is perfect if you If you enjoy administration and have accounts experience.
Specific responsibilities will include sending invoices, reconciling statements, handling queries and some credit control. Managing Utility accounts, and the switch to smart meters will form part of responsibilities too, in addition to data entry, answering resident emails and phone calls and support administration including filing.
Bookkeeping /bank reconciliation experience could be helpful. Excel experience is essential.
