A great varied role joining an established Company in a busy HR Department of 6.
The HR Administrator is responsible for the assistance in administration and support of the HR facility, with specifics including :
*Administration in Group HR Matters, including employeebenefits scheme, HR standard letters & Templates and Job Descriptions, Cycle to work scheme and Reference requests
*Drafting Offer Letters and Contracts of Employment, carrying out inductions with new starters and exit interviews with leavers as required
*Respond to calls and emails from employees and managers
*Maintain HR system, ensuring accuracy, and internal systemkeeping HR page up to date
*Keep staff handbook up to date, respond to referencerequests
*Ensure Probation reviews and annual appraisals are held andrecorded
*Assist in quarterly reporting and ad – hoc reporting asrequested
*Assist with Training and Development, sourcing training asrequired and follow up
The successful candidate is likely to have some HRAdministration experience, and / or relevant HR Qualification, CIPD orsimilar. Ability to maintain confidencein all matter is prerequisite.
