Reporting to the Head of HR and having one direct report, the role responsibilities include shaping and delivering Business and People strategies, with specific responsibilities including:

  • Employee Engagement
  • Learning and Development
  • Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Employment Relations and Wellbeing

The successful candidate is likely to have an academic background in HR and experience within a global multi – location organisation with strong developmental HR experience.
