Joining an established Pharmaceutical company who supply medicines B2B to reach patients in need across the globe, working as part of a Procurement team of 3
Role Summary:
*Responsible for all aspects of the import of medicinal products. Liaising with import suppliers to arrange cost, quality and collections from import suppliers, including producing and providing documents to ensure smooth transit of goods when ready for collection
*Maintaining systems (Excel and SAP) with accurate and timely data logging. Ensuring data is kept up to date
*Purchasing packaging materials from established supplier base. Sourcing packaging at viable pricing from approved suppliers, taking into account additional associated costs, eg Transport and storage costs, and ensuring accurate placement of Purchase Orders
*Ensure Customer service / Key Account Managers and Sales are kept updated with order status
To be successful, you are likely to have a good level of Excel, some experience of importing and procurement, but most importantly an open mindset, keen and able to learn and develop in a team environment.
