Great role for an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant, joining an established and growing construction company, ensuring Invoices are processed and paid within agreed Terms.

Key responsibilities include :

*Registering purchase invoices

*Matching purchase invoices to purchase orders and delivery tickets

*Coding and posting invoices

*Reconciliation of supplier statements

*Resolution of queries and disputes with suppliers

*Payment of suppliers by BACS or cheque

*Associated responsibilities as needed

Experience of high volume purchase ledger responsibilities is essential, construction sector experience desired though not essential.
